Recently, Zhongshan Wanhe Testing Equipment Development Co., Ltd. officially released its WH-CL02-800 Comprehensive Performance Test Bench for Gas-Fired Heating Boilers (Laboratory Grade). The equipment has been developed in strict accordance with multiple national standards, including GB6932-2015 Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters, GB25034-2010 Gas-Fired Heating Boilers, CJ/T395-2012 Condensing Gas Warm-Water and Heating Dual-Purpose Boilers, CJ/T336-2010 Condensing Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters, and the energy efficiency standard GB20665-2015 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters and Gas-Fired Heating Boilers. The system is primarily designed for precise measurement of heat load and energy efficiency grades of gas-fired heating boilers.

In terms of technical performance, the domestic hot water circuit offers a flow measurement range of 0–30 L/min with an accuracy of 0.5% F.S., while the heating circuit covers 0–40 L/min at the same precision level. The gas flow measurement supports both dry (accuracy 1% F.S.) and wet (accuracy 0.5% F.S.) methods. The test items fully comply with GB6932-2015 requirements, including rated heat load and thermal efficiency, 50% heat load and efficiency, water temperature rise, stop-water temperature rise, heating time, temperature overshoot, hot water stabilization time, and water temperature fluctuation. It also meets the GB25034-2010 requirements for heating mode rated heat load and efficiency as well as 30% partial-load efficiency. The WH-CL02-800 series further offers derivative models for different applications: the 800A is tailored for online production testing of boilers up to 70kW, conforming to GB6932-2015, GB25034-2010, and parts of EN483; the 800D adds extended parameters including flue gas pressure (0–1000Pa, 1% F.S.), atmospheric pressure (0–120kPa, 1% F.S.), voltage, and current. The launch of this equipment provides strong technical support for boiler manufacturers in R&D, prototype testing, and quality conformity assessment by inspection bodies, significantly advancing industry‑wide energy efficiency upgrades.
