The equipment is developed based on "GB6932-2015 Household Gas Rapid Water Heaters," "GB25034-2010 Gas Heating Water Boilers," "CJ/T395-2012 Condensing Gas Heating and Bath Dual-Use Boilers," "CJ/T336-2010 Condensing Household Gas Rapid Water Heaters," and the energy efficiency standard "GB20665-2015 Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Household Gas Rapid Water Heaters and Gas Heating Furnaces." It is mainly used for comprehensive performance testing such as heat load and energy efficiency grade of gas heating water boilers. It is suitable for R&D testing and inspection tests by water heater and heating furnace manufacturers, with quality inspection units conducting product qualification evaluations.
Unlike traditional instrument-type testing equipment, the computer-type gas heating furnace performance testing equipment uses a computer+PLC programmable controller collaborative control method to achieve automated and intelligent operation of the testing process:
Computer as the control and data processing hub: Testing functions are designed according to national and European standards, and microcomputer technology is used to transmit test parameters and control signals between the computer and the testing system. The computer system acts as the control record, and through a user-friendly and flexible human-machine interface, automated test control can be achieved.
PLC real-time control: The programmable controller is responsible for real-time on/off control of solenoid valves and corner seat valves in water and gas circuits, executing automated testing processes. Real-time monitoring and alarm protection: The testing system has real-time recording and monitoring functions for test parameter data. After the heating furnace operates stably, if any abnormal parameters occur during testing, the system immediately triggers an alarm and automatically stops the furnace's operation.
