Product Introduction:
A comprehensive inspection of the system's installation quality before operation of wall-mounted boiler equipment. After system completion, thorough flushing and drainage must be performed, and water injected, drainage, and emptied to ensure the equipment operates normally. Today, I will introduce the inspection and commissioning techniques and methods for gas wall-hung boilers.
1. Preparation for commissioning the gas wall-hung boiler
1. Check
the power supply polarity and voltage: Check the power supply voltage: 220V±10%. Check that the power socket should be "left neutral, right phase, and ground"; At the same time, check whether the connection between the equipment's grounding terminal and the grounding wire is secure. Check whether the power supply used matches the voltage specified on the boiler, and check whether the polarity of the equipment power plugs (phase, neutral, ground) meets requirements. In China's low-voltage power supply systems, phase wire (L) is brown wire, neutral wire (N) is blue wire, and ground wire (F) is yellow-green; Use single-phase three-hole sockets: the right hole facing the socket is connected to the live wire, the left hole is connected to the neutral wire, and the ground wire is connected to the top hole. The installation should follow the pattern of "left neutral, right phase, and ground." At the same time, check whether the connection between the equipment's grounding terminal and the grounding wire is secure.
2. Check
the water pipe connections. Check the water supply pressure, which must not exceed the maximum or maximum nominal pressure of the equipment, generally within the range of 0.03MPa~0.6MPa. The operating pressure of the heating system's heat engine should be within 0.15MPa~0.20MPa (for cooling unit water injection pressure: 0.10MPa~0.15MPa); also check the system's watertightness and safety valve performance.
3. Gas pipe connection inspection
mainly checks pipeline airtightness (no leakage at 5kPa pressure), matching gas type and rated pressure (matching the nameplate), and gas supply capacity (during peak gas usage and maximum heat load, the supply pressure should be within the range of 0.75Pa~1.5Pa).
4. Supply and exhaust system inspection
: Check the compatibility between the supply and exhaust conditions at the installation site with the manual and nameplate, and check the supply and exhaust performance and reliability.
5. The general operating procedures for water injection, drainage, and drainage systems in the system can also be operated according to the procedures specified in the manual.
2. Methods for Adjusting Gas Wall-Hung Boilers
1. Check the Supply Pressure
The supply pressure should be checked after the pipeline valve near the appliance. If the pressure before the appliance is not within the range of 0.75Pa~1.5Pa, first check whether the supply pipeline meets the requirements (diameter, length, etc.), then ask the gas supply department to adjust or replace the supply system.
2. Ignition pressure adjustment
is adjusted through the wall-mounted furnace valve to determine the ignition pressure/power value. The adjusted ignition pressure/power values should comply with the specifications specified in the manual.
3. Maximum pressure after measuring the valve (rated pressure):
After measuring the valve, the maximum pressure can be adjusted through the wall-mounted furnace valve to determine the rated pressure/power value. The rated pressure/power values tested should comply with the specifications specified in the manual.
4. Minimum pressure after valve measurement (ignition pressure):
The minimum pressure after measuring the valve can be adjusted through the wall-hung furnace valve pressure to determine the minimum pressure/power setpoint. The minimum pressure/power value to be tested should comply with the specifications specified in the manual.
5. Gas valve midpoint pressure adjustment
To ensure efficient operation of the wall-hung boiler, it is necessary to set a gas valve midpoint, and the set value should comply with the specifications specified in the manual.
6. After-valve pressure detection method
for wall-hung boiler gas valves. After-valve pressure testing should accurately detect the pressure difference ΔP (ΔP = P1-P2) before and after the nozzle. There are three detection methods:
(1) Disassembly of the pressure compensation tube: connect one end of the U-shaped pressure gauge to the valve rear pressure connector, and the other end to the atmosphere.
(2) Do not disassemble the pressure compensation tube: one end of the U-shaped pressure gauge is connected to the valve rear pressure connector, and the other end is connected to pressure compensation (with a tee to lead out).
(3) Opening the front cover plate of the sealing box: Regard as disassembling the pressure compensation tube.
7. Set the heating operating mode
According to the user's environment and needs, use the DIP switch on the main controller to set the heating operating mode as:
(1) Underfloor heating mode (maximum heating, maximum temperature 60°C) or radiator mode (maximum heating, maximum temperature 85°C).
(2) When starting heating again, the temperature should be 15°C or 25°C different from the set temperature before starting.
(3) Is the heating mode "steady flame combustion" or stops after 3 minutes after reaching the set temperature?
8. Check and confirm that the temperature adjustment for heating and domestic hot water should meet the following requirements:
Set the temperatures—minimum, lowest, midpoint, maximum, and highest temperature—and gradually move from low to high, testing whether the temperature meets the requirements.
(1) The heating system supply water temperature should not be lower than 45°C.
(2) The water supply temperature for low-temperature floor radiant heating should be less than 60°C.
(3) Normal temperature adjustment for heating and sanitation hot water temperature rise or fall.
9. If the boiler is connected to an indoor thermostat or timer, check whether the indoor thermostat is reliable (it is advisable to set the heating water to a relatively high temperature).
10. Adjust the return water temperature according to different heating systems.
(1) For radiator heating methods, the temperature difference Δt between the supply and return pipes of the wall-mounted boiler should generally be less than 20K.
(2) For underfloor heating methods, the temperature difference Δt between the supply pipe and return pipe of the wall-mounted boiler should generally be less than 10K.
3. Functional Testing
of Wall-Mounted Boiler Circuit Boards During production, functional testing of circuit boards is a very important step. Every manufacturer uses Longzhong's FCT circuit board tester, a widely adopted functional testing device among major manufacturers. It can simultaneously detect multiple wall-mounted boiler functions and prevents errors or missed inspections caused by manual inspections. It offers higher efficiency and stability, making it an indispensable high-tech product!
