1. Product Introduction
The WH-ZD09-1003 fully automatic gas distribution device is a high-level fully automatic gas distribution device developed according to relevant national gas appliance standards for gas appliance manufacturers and gas companies. This device uses three (or two) single-component raw gas—hydrogen, propane (methane, liquefied petroleum gas), and nitrogen—and can prepare various artificial and natural gas test gases that meet national standards. This equipment uses a low-pressure gas distribution method, using continuous and single-batch gas distribution to prepare three-component test gases, meeting the requirements for actual combustion and testing experiments on gas appliances that use artificial coal gas and natural gas. This equipment has high gas distribution, operates quickly, maintains good consistency, and is very convenient to manage and operate. It can store multiple sets of data and is unaffected by power supply switches, making it convenient and fast to use as needed. This equipment can directly use liquefied petroleum gas mixed air to prepare two-component test gases, reducing production gas preparation costs and meeting production gas needs.
3. Basic Requirements Before Installation
1. Work site
◆ The gas supply room needs to be 8-12m², with a door width of no less than 1000mm and room height of no less than 2300mm. The site should be equipped with a powerful explosion-proof ventilation fan, which must be synchronized with the equipment

◆ The site should be equipped with no fewer than four fire extinguishing devices, with specific models meeting fire safety requirements; Lighting fixtures should be explosion-proof.
◆ The source gas cylinder chamber needs to be 3-4m², with a floor height of no less than 3600mm, and one side should be open.
2. Supporting facilities (to be handled by the user)
◆ Water supply – Each site should have a dedicated water source (mainly for filling air tanks), with G1/2 ball valves reserved at the water source terminal (no water nozzle); Requires an inner diameter of 10-12mm

◆ Water Supply - Each site should be equipped with a dedicated compressed air source (mainly to replace nitrogen when preparing two components), and a two-piece (pressure regulation plus filtration) should be installed at the outlet

◆ Power Supply - Each site should be equipped with a power socket (three-outlet and effectively grounded), supplied by AC220V single-phase power with a rated current of no less than 2.5A.
3. Drainage - Each site should have a pre-installed drainage outlet, with a pipe diameter of no less than Φ50mm and a height above ground not exceeding 100mm
4. Source gas cylinder group (responsible for the party in charge)
◆ Hydrogen – Each unit should be equipped with at least one bottle of hydrogen (purity must meet GB/T13611-92 standard) and a dedicated pressure reducing valve matching it.
◆ Nitrogen – Each unit should be equipped with at least one bottle of nitrogen (its purity must meet GB/T13611-92 standard) and a dedicated pressure reducing valve matching it.
◆ Propane - Each unit should be equipped with no fewer than one bottle (50Kg or 15Kg) of propane (purity must meet GB/T13611-92 standard). If purchasing is difficult, it may be optional
Paired with commercial imported liquefied gas sources with better gas quality.
◆ Each bottle set should be equipped with three high-pressure (pressure resistance not less than 1Mpa) corrosion-resistant rubber hoses with an inner diameter of 8-10mm, each 2.5m long (if the source gas cylinder is far from the distribution chamber,
then lengthen the length appropriately according to actual circumstances).
