Product Introduction
WH-BG02-801C Gas Heating Water Heater Online Test System complies with GB6932-2015/GB25034-2010 household gas rapid water heater standard / new gas heating water heater standard and some thermal performance testing standards EN483. Mainly used for online testing of gas heating water heaters below 70kW (adjustable according to user requirements). 
System features
1. Test parameter data sensors use imported products with high reliability, long lifespan, fundamentally ensuring testing and accuracy.
2. Comprehensive testing functions and automated testing:
Testing functions are designed according to national and European standards, using microcomputer technology to transmit test parameters and control signals between the computer and the testing system. The computer system serves as the control record, and through a user-friendly and flexible human-machine interface, automated test control can be achieved. Original record storage for easy query management and automatic detection generation. Additionally, a pneumatic lifting platform is installed, eliminating the hassle of operators having to assemble due to the large and heavy water heater, greatly facilitating testing and improving efficiency.
3. Fast response speed and good stability.
This testing system uses imported advanced products for control devices for water and gas circuit systems, such as solenoid valves and pressure regulating valves. The cooling system of the heating testing system adopts the industry's most advanced plate heat exchanger heat exchange technology, featuring a simple structure, compact size, fast cooling speed (heat exchange efficiency over 95%), easy control, and good stability.
4. Automatic monitoring and protection:
During testing of gas heating water heaters, any changes in parameters can significantly affect the test results and cause inaccurate test data. The WH-BG02-800A Household Gas Heating Water Heater Performance Comprehensive Testing System features real-time recording and monitoring of test parameter data.
