The oven or microwave oven durability tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB4706.21 and GB4706.22 standards. It is used for durability testing of microwave oven and oven doors, and can also be used for durability testing of furniture doors with similar door opening methods. It is compatible with left-right and up-down door opening methods. It is a dedicated fully automated testing device suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories, and other testing departments. This equipment uses mature PLC intelligent control, equipped with position-adjustable actuators and a vacuum suction cup structure to adsorb the workpiece surface. It also comes standard with a color LCD touchscreen, allowing preset test angles, speeds, and door opening and closing times, thereby realistically simulating manual door opening and closing, achieving intelligent control and multi-purpose functionality.

3. Equipment Principles and Structure
Equipment principle: Uses a servo motor-driven robotic arm structure, allowing the door attached by the vacuum suction cup to perform reciprocating opening and closing. Preset door opening angle, door opening speed, pause time, and number of test cycles can be set.
Testing machine structure: adopts a column-type structure, with two sets of columns including robotic arms. One enables left-right door opening (compatible with left and right opening), and the other enables vertical door opening.
