Equipment Purpose: Igniter durability test
The test items are used for the durability test of the standard GB16410-2020 household gas stove igniter.
The equipment casing adopts industrial design and ergonomic workstation design:
Colors: White/Gray/Red/Natural Stainless Steel;
Fanjin: 1.5mm sheet metal powder coating and stainless steel on the outer surface.
1. The device mainly consists of a test chamber, ignition interval adjustment and setup, DC voltage regulating power supply, AC tuning power supply, acquisition module, and control system.
2. The test chamber is made entirely of high-quality carbon steel, with a surface treated with powder electrostatic spraying. Fuma casters are installed at the bottom of the test chamber, which can be easily fixed or moved by adjusting the knobs inside the casters.
3. Each is divided into three layers, each with 20 igniters and a total of 60 workstations. Each station is independently controlled through pIC output contact control relays. This modular control system allows manual inspection of the working status of each station, as well as maintenance and repair of faults in real time, as well as real-time monitoring of product quality for equipment.
4. Each floor is equipped with one adjustable DC power supply (DC0~10V) and -- adjustable AC power supply AC0~220V. The voltage can be adjusted independently. Each floor has a total DC power supply current of ≦5A and a total AC power supply of ≦250VA; However, the power supply voltage for stations on the same level is the same, and each station is equipped with shared DC and AC connectors for connecting different types of samples.
5. Each layer is equipped with two control circuits: DC and AC. Each circuit is equipped with DC circuit breakers, DC speedwave circuits, and AC circuit breakers, AC wave units, and other electrical components to ensure short-circuit/overcurrent protection for output voltage. In the event of a short circuit/overcurrent, the output can be automatically cut off and stopped. It features anti-high-voltage backlash and clutter filtering functions to prevent interference and impact of ignition high voltage on the regulated power supply
6. Each layer is equipped with a switch on the equipment panel for switching between AC and DC, allowing for intuitive and convenient switching based on whether the sample is AC or DC.
7. Each workstation can be counted independently, monitored independently, and controlled independently: uses circuits to monitor the working status of each station. When the alarm shaft is at a peak, the alarm shaft stops and abnormal stations are continuously tested. Abnormal workstations stop for testing; other normal stations continue testing. Users can replace the abnormal workstation test samples and restart this station.
8. The AC/DC current acquisition module collects current signals, and the program automatically determines whether the igniter is effective for ignition.
9. The instrument uses a touch computer for operation, offering strong scalability and stable control systems. The touch computer is embedded in the device's cabinet panel, which is equipped with a keyboard reflex panel. During operation, it can be operated directly via the touchscreen or via the keypad eye.
10. Detection control program enables automatic control of test count and other parameters: The test program supports both real-time data storage and historical data query.
11. The computer uses an industrial integrated all-in-one industrial panel computer, with a display featuring touch operation functionality
12. One-year warranty
