1. Product Introduction
The WH-ZJ01-402 valve body performance testing system device is developed and manufactured according to the technical requirements specified in "CJ/T30-2013 Thermoelectric Appliance Flameout Protection Device," "Household Gas Stove (GB16410-2007)," and "General Test Methods for Household Gas Apparatus (GB16411-2008)". It can test valve bodies: thermoelectric solenoid valve closing current, valve body contact resistance, thermoelectric solenoid valve gas tightness, cone valve gas tightness, overall air tightness, Valve stem torque, and other properties. , suitable for enterprise R&D and quality inspection departments to conduct spot checks and tests of valve body performance.
2. Technical Parameters
1. Operating voltage: AC220V ±10%, 50Hz;
2. Use compressed air: 0.2-0.04MPa;
3. Number of workstations: one set of testing instruments and 10 sets of fixtures (5 tabletop sets, another 5 sets placed in cabinets)
4. Thermoelectric solenoid valve shut-off current test: 0-2000mA, ±0.5%
5. Valve body contact resistance test: 0-2,000MΩ, ±0.5%
6. Airtight leak detector:
◆ Testing method: differential pressure comparison
◆ Test pressure: 3.0–100.0KPa
◆ Pressure sensor: differential pressure (±1000Pa), direct pressure (0–100.0KPa)
◆ Leakage rate: 0.01–9.99ml/min
◆ Testing: ±5%
◆ Volume range: 10ml to 2000ml
7. Closing rod torque test: 3-20kgf.cm, per 0.5kgf.cm scale
8. Uses industrial control computer + LCD screen; solenoid valve current, body contact resistance, airtight leak detector, and other parameters are directly controlled, measured, and displayed by computer. Torque testing is measured manually, with readings taken from the dial and then input into a computer.
3. Testing Principles
1. Thermoelectric solenoid valve shut-off current test (implemented in the "CJ/T30-2013 Thermoelectric Appliance Flameout Protection Device" standard "2013.10.1", which cancels valve opening current definition and testing):
◆ Computer-controlled self-made constant current source outputs the required current according to the beat and performs automatic testing
◆ Open/close valve detection: 1.5-4.5 KPa (pre-tuned) compressed air is introduced at the inlet, output port detection capability, and determines whether the valve is open/closed
◆ According to the standard 7.6.3.2 of the "CJ/T30-2013 Thermoelectric Appliance Flameout Protection Device" standard:
a) apply the specified torque or operating force to the knob or button (manually) to open the closing element of the flameout protection device
; b) (press the start button) activate the magnetic element by using current, continuously increasing the current at a constant speed not exceeding 30mA/s. Until 300% of the manufacturer's declared shut-off current
(C) releases the knob or button (manually operated), setting the flameout protection device below the fully open position, the device automatically increases
the current to 1500mA at any speed, maintaining at least 60 seconds
e) continuously lowers the current to reach the manufacturer's stated shut-off current of 300 seconds
f) Then reduce the current at a constant speed not exceeding 10mA until the shutdown device closing element closes
g. ) Test the current value at this point
h. ) Repeat the above steps 10 times, and take the average of the measured closing valve currents as the closing valve current value.
2. Valve body contact resistance test: clamp the test clip of the built-in low-resistance detector into the appropriate position. Once the data stabilizes, press the button to store the data.
3. Airtightness Test:
◆ Thermoelectric solenoid valve airtightness: Connect the airtightness leak detector to the valve body inlet, open the valve body outlet, press the knob and rotate to the cone valve opening position, press the button to start the solenoid valve's airtightness test, and data will be automatically saved.
◆ Cone valve airtightness: Insert the thermoelectric solenoid valve with a current of 300% of the manufacturer's declared closing current, press the knob and release to ensure the valve is fully open and the cone valve is closed. Press the button to start and test the cone valve's airtightness, with data automatically saved
◆ Connect the airtight leak detector to the valve body inlet: Introduce the thermoelectric solenoid valve with a current of 300% of the manufacturer's declared closing current, press the knob and release to keep the thermoelectric solenoid valve fully open, the cone valve closed, and press the button to test the overall valve body airtightness, with data automatically saved
4. Valve stem torque test: Use a graduated torque screwdriver. The front part of the screwdriver uses a homemade chuck, which is fitted with the valve stem and tested directly. After reading from the dial, manually enter the data into the computer.
